1.  Eden Gardens State Park: A stately 1895 post-Civil War Southern Mansion set among moss-draped Live Oak trees is surrounded by gardens. This is also a popular wedding destination. Free tours are offered and take approximately 30 minutes. Tours are available from 10 am to 3pm, Thursday through Monday. The park is open 8 am to sunset, 7 days a week. 2.  Econfina Creek: One of Florida’s designated canoe trails where wildlife is abundant and adventure awaits. Twenty-two miles of narrow, twisting, and swiftly flowing waters. Visit the canoe livery to enjoy lush tropical vegitation, unique honeycomb limestone banks, and six major springs that are prime spots for swimming and snorkeling. 3.  Chautauqua Vineyard in Defuniak Springs: Enjoy a delightful day tour reflecting in a place of culture, arts, and crafts. 4. Apalachicola: See over 200 nationally registered historic homes from the late 1800′s.
